Healing Through Narrative and Play: An Online Workshop

FREE intergenerational workshop for Saguache County residents** of all ages

In this workshop, we will:

• Express challenging emotions through imaginative narratives.

• Develop creative ways of communicating. 

• Connect with others and collaborate to build unique stories. 

• Practice telling your story in a supportive community.

• Play with a variety of media, including: art, movement, meditation, and puppetry. 

(We start the workshop with a crash course in how to use zoom and simple instructions for the interactive portions of the program. One-on-one support and guidance will be provided through the workshop exercises.)***-
