In this workshop, we will:
Express challenging emotions through imaginative narratives.
Develop creative ways of communicating.
Connect with others and collaborate to build unique stories.
Practice telling your story in a supportive community.
Play with a variety of media, including: art, movement, meditation, and puppetry.
(We start the workshop with a crash course in how to use zoom and simple instructions for the interactive portions of the program. One-on-one support and guidance will be provided through the workshop exercises.)***-
